How long until my order ships?
Every hrtz piece is embroidered and made to order, so it is created just for you. Production takes 2-5 business days, after which your order ships from the US with tracking.
Where do you ship?
We ship throughout the United States, with worldwide shipping available at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees set by your country.
How does the sizing fit?
Our garments are unisex and cut to a classic, relaxed fit. If you prefer an oversized drape, size up. Measurements are listed on each product page.
What are the pieces made of, and how do I care for them?
Premium garment-dyed cotton, finished with fine single-line embroidery rather than print. Machine wash cold, inside out, gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener; tumble dry low or lay flat.
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Email care@hrtz.shop with your order number to begin.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a free replacement.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within a few days, check your spam folder or reach out.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never store your card details.
