Shipping policy
Every hrtz piece is embroidered and made to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships from the United States.
Shipping: We ship across the US, with worldwide shipping available at checkout. US delivery is typically 3-7 business days after production. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. International orders may be subject to customs fees set by your country.
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email care@hrtz.shop with your order number.
Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement.
